Low Rise (Desks / Recumbents)

Low rise memorials, often called Recumbent Desks or Desktops, are a simple piece of granite designed to show the inscription at an angle. There are still many options in the size, shape and colour. 

Low rise headstones can be made for an individual (single low rise) or two individuals (companion low rise). 

Popular shapes are the simple slab, and the book shape. These shapes either sit on a wide base that can incorporate vases or other extras, or flash to the base. Other shapes can be the wave top.
